Materials

NiRo Works up all common shared stainless steel pieces up to high-alloy materials and nickel-based materials in accordance to reviewed approvals. The high quality products are preferred application in the process technology, environmental-, paper-, chemical- and power plant industry.

Stainless steel

1.4301 / 1.4307 / 1.4541

Water and easily polluted sewages, food and organic acids, up to ph-value 4,5 resistance in chlorides poor fluids.

1.4404 / 1.4571

Higher common resistance than in above group, preferred for environmental-, paper- and chemical industry, even by higher chlorides content.

1.4432 / 1.4435 / 1.4436

Higher resistance than above group against oxidizing acids and chlorides containing fluids.

1.4439

Higher resistance than above group against oxidizing acids and containing chlorides fluids e.g. seawater and hypochloridbase.

Special stainless steel

1.4529 / 1.4547 / 1.4562 / 1.4565

highest resistance in acids, chlorides fluids, e.g. seawater, high sulphuric acid resistance.

1.4539

Highest resistance against phosphor and sulphuric fluids with chlorides contaminations.

(Super) Duplex

1.4362 / 1.4410 / 1.4462 / 1.4470 / 1.4501 / 1.4507 / 1.4591

High resistance against pitting and stress corrosion cracking in neutral chloride fluids, resistance for acid gas conditions.

Heat resisting steel

1.4828 / 1.4835 / 1.4841 / 1.4864 / 1.4876 / 1.4878

Resistance against nitrogenous containing oxygen poor gas.

High corrosion resistant alloys

2.4602 / 2.4605 / 2.4610 / 2.4633 / 2.4816 / 2.4819 / 2.4856

High resistance in chloride containing fluids, suitable for acid gas conditions, seawater.

Titanium and alloys

3.7025 / 3.7035 / 3.7055

Will be preferred employ in the offshore-, chemical-, aircraft- and aerospace industry.

Nickel und nickel alloy

2.4066 / 2.4068 / 2.4360 / 2.4361

High resistance for e.g. hydrofluoric and hydrochloric acid.
